What lands on the page

Every sheet is laid out the same way, so two products can be read side by side without hunting.

  1. Overview — the product name, category and a short framing line.
  2. Key specifications — your Spec: Value lines as a two-column table, units untouched.
  3. In the box — anything you listed as included.
  4. Notes — price, SKU, UPC and other identifiers.
  5. Coverage — warranty and support terms as you wrote them.

Writing details that format cleanly

The formatter reads one spec per line and splits on the first colon. Everything to the left becomes the row label; everything to the right is kept verbatim.

  • Write Weight: 2.4 lb with battery — not 2.4 alone. Units, commas and fractions are copied exactly.
  • Start a line with In box: to fill the In the box section.
  • Lines with no colon are carried into Notes as plain sentences.
  • Nothing is invented or looked up: if a figure is not typed here, it will not appear on the sheet.
